The Beginning: Prophet Adam
The Conversation Between Allah and the Angels

When Allah decided to create Adam, He told the angels about His plan. The angels were curious and asked Allah, “Will You create someone who will cause trouble on Earth?” They were worried because they knew that humans might make mistakes and fight with each other. But Allah knew best. He told the angels that He knew what they did not know.

The Test for the Angels and Iblis (Satan)

After creating Adam, Allah taught him the names of everything. Then, Allah asked the angels to tell Him the names of these things, but they couldn’t. When Adam told the names, the angels realized how special Adam was.

Allah then asked the angels and a jinn named Iblis to bow down to Adam out of respect. All the angels obeyed, but Iblis refused. He was too proud and said, “I am better than him. You made me from fire and him from clay.”

Because of his pride and disobedience, Iblis was cast out of Heaven and became Satan, the enemy of humans.

The Prophets After Adam

Allah sent many prophets to guide people and teach them how to live good lives.

1. Prophet Adam: The first human and prophet, who taught his children to worship Allah alone.

2. Prophet Nuh : People had forgotten about Allah and were doing bad things. Allah told Nuh to build a big ark because He was going to send a flood. Nuh and the believers were saved in the ark, while the flood washed away those who disobeyed Allah.

3. Prophet Ibrahim : Ibrahim loved Allah very much. He showed people that there is only one God. Allah tested him many times, including asking him to sacrifice his beloved son, Ismail. Ibrahim’s strong faith and obedience pleased Allah.

4. Prophet Musa: Musa was sent to free the Israelites from the Pharaoh of Egypt, who was very cruel. Allah gave Musa many miracles, including the parting of the Red Sea, to help him guide and protect his people.

5. Prophet Isa (Jesus): Isa performed many miracles by Allah’s permission, like healing the sick and bringing the dead back to life. He taught people about kindness and mercy.

6. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): Muhammad is the last prophet. He was born in Makkah and received the final revelation from Allah, which is the Quran. He taught people to worship Allah alone and to live good, honest, and peaceful lives. His life and teachings are an example for all Muslims to follow.
